Devise a radio or television advertisement of any product or service that you wish. Try to use all the advertising techniques that you’ve come across in the Unit.

 

1. TV is responsible for many ills in our society.

2. TV viewers are willing to go on being fed the pap our mass media dispense so readily.

3. Those who are responsible for TV output in this country should set higher ethical standards in programme-making.

4. children can learn aggressive behaviors from television but such behaviors will not necessarily be practiced.

· Write a letter to the editor of one of the newspapers that you like/dislike and try to express your attitude to the way the information is presented in it.

· Find an advertisement and invent a complaint about it. Write a letter to the Advertising Authorities expressing your complaint and requesting that the advertisements should be banned.
